Accumulation & Distribution

At any given point, price is either accumulating or distributing orders. When price is accumulating, it will mostly be moving sideways, and when it is distributing, it will either be moving higher or lower

The accumulation phase is where you should be aiming to buy, and during the distribution phase is when you should take profits
